Retention time

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this Application. This type of service allows the NOVART ENGINEERING to build user profiles by starting from an email address, a personal name, or other information that the User provides to this Application, as well as to track User activities through analytics features. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
DYNAMICS 365 CRM for Online is a business application provided by Microsoft Dynamics 365. Personal Data collected: email address and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. You can read here where is the data from Dynamics 365 stored. Microsoft will not transfer to any third party (not even for storage purposes) data that you provide to Microsoft through the use of our business cloud services that are covered under the Microsoft Online Services Terms.

The rights of Users
Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the NOVART ENGINEERING.
Users entitled to broader protection standards may exercise any of the rights described below. In all other cases, Users may inquire with the NOVART ENGINEERING to find out which rights apply to them.

• Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.
