WE ARE HIRING  PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER 

Responsibilities

​

• Participation of strategic selection of projects

• Working within the Project Team to define key scope, schedule, resource and cost

• Planning and scheduling of complex design, design&build or building projects’ activities, resource, costs in all phases using Microsoft Project

• Strategic, tactical and operational planning using Microsoft suite and other specialized BIM tools

• Financial planning of the projects and portfolio – revenues and payments modeling – cash-flow updating

• Excellent knowledge of Critical Path Method, also knowledge of Line of Balance, Time-Location Method

• Provide technical input to company’s project technical proposals

• Participate in resource planning, for internal and external resources

• Participate in project resourcing

• Administrate project portfolios, resource pools

• Good working knowledge of building standards

• Meetings with clients in order to identify and interpret client needs and requirements

• Enforcing rules, regulations, and procedures

• Support the use of BIM, the collaboration within Common Data Environment (CDE), the information planning process; developing the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Attending meetings with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, Consultants and Contractors

• Construction site activity, attending site progress meetings, collect data for reporting

• Develop 4D, 5D programs, when required

• Reporting on project updates, internally and to client, participate in Consultant’s/Supervisor’s activity report elaboration
